What you receive
After completing your purchase, you will receive an email with a download link for your portrait. The file is a high-resolution JPG (minimum 2400 × 3600 px), suitable for:
- Home printing (up to 16" × 24" at 150 dpi)
- Professional print shops (recommended for sizes above A3)
- Canvas printing services
- Digital framing displays (e.g. Meural, Samsung Frame)
Delivery time
Your download link is sent automatically and immediately after your payment is confirmed. In most cases this takes less than 30 seconds. If you do not receive your email within 5 minutes, please check your spam or junk folder.
If you still cannot find your email after 15 minutes, please contact us with your order ID and we will resend it manually.
No physical shipping
PetPortraitGift is a digital product only. We do not print or ship physical items. The portrait you receive is a digital file — you choose how to print or display it.
This keeps costs low, delivery instant, and means your portrait arrives perfectly — no creases, no damage, no delays at customs.
Download link expiry
Your download link is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. We recommend saving your portrait to your device as soon as you receive it. If your link has expired, please contact us — we will always provide your file again at no extra cost.
Refund policy
Because portraits are generated specifically for each order and delivered digitally, we are generally unable to offer refunds once the file has been downloaded.
However, if your portrait is technically flawed (e.g. corruption, missing file, wrong pet) or does not match what was described in your order, we will regenerate or fully refund your order — no questions asked. Please get in touch within 14 days of your order.
